Chef Romain has been cooking and baking for 26 years. He studied at the prestigious Ferrandi Culinary School and forged his career within restaurants, catering and as a highly regarded cooking instructor. His expertise has taken him around the world including Paris, the south of France, Argentina, Italy and now, England.
