Patisserie Cherie is committed to delivering fresh, high-quality pastries. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below to understand how your order will be handled.
- Delivery Areas
Our standard delivery service is currently restricted to addresses within Greater London only.
- Areas Surrounding Greater London: If you are located in a region immediately surrounding Greater London and wish to place an order, please contact us prior to checkout. We will assess the feasibility of delivery on a case-by-case basis and provide you with a custom shipping quote, if applicable.
- Order Processing & Lead Time
All of our products are baked fresh to order, requiring careful preparation.
- Minimum Lead Time: Orders must be placed and confirmed at least 2 full days / 48 hours prior to the desired delivery date (e.g., an order for Friday morning must be placed by Wednesday morning at the latest).
- Schedule: We strictly manage our production schedule to ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards. We aim to deliver your order within the agreed timeframe and will make every reasonable effort to do so. While we strive to maintain timely deliveries even during periods of high demand, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery schedules. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible. We cannot accept liability for any loss, cost, or inconvenience caused by delayed delivery, except where required by law.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on the distance between our store location and the delivery address and will be displayed at checkout.

- Delivery Timing: All standard deliveries are scheduled to occur during our store’s official opening hours: https://patisserie-cherie.co.uk/contact/. The delivery time is determined at the time the order is placed.
- Pick-up (Click & Collect)
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Pastry kitchen collection.
- Location: 24, Windsor Road N7 6JG London
- Pick-up Hours: order will be available for collection at the time slot agreed when placing the order or at an alternative time mutually agreed in advance. In any event, collection must take place during our published opening hours: https://patisserie-cherie.co.uk/contact/
Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your cake.
- Perishable Goods & Delivery Acceptance
Because our products are perishable:
- You must be available to accept delivery on the scheduled day during the time slot agreed when placing the order.
- If you are not present at the time of delivery you may provide specific delivery instructions (such as a preferred safe place or neighbour) when placing your order, and we will make reasonable efforts to follow them. We will notify you of the delivery location where possible. Please note that once the package has been left in a designated safe place or with a neighbour, responsibility for the goods transfers to you.
- We accept no liability for any products that spoil, deteriorate, or become damaged due to the customer being unavailable to receive the delivery, providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or failing to provide accurate delivery instructions. Once delivery has been completed in accordance with the details provided by the customer, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer. Except where required by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from such circumstances.
- We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, adverse weather conditions, traffic disruptions, strikes, accidents, or other force majeure events. Except where required by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from such circumstances.
- International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.
