Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Patisserie Cherie.
Due to the perishable nature of our products (cakes, pastries, and other food items), we adhere to a strict policy regarding returns. However, we understand that plans can change, and we can offer cancellations under specific conditions.
- Perishable Goods (No Returns) We do not accept returns on any food items. Once a product has left our premises or has been delivered, we cannot accept it back due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations. All sales are final upon delivery or collection.
- Refund Policy We do not offer refunds for change of mind or taste preference after the order has been processed or delivered. Refunds are only applicable in the case of cancellations made within the authorized timeframe (see Section 4) or for defective items (see Section 3).
- Damages and Issues We take great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of your order. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you receive a damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong or incorrect item, you must report the issue to us immediately upon receipt within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact us at romain@patisserie-cherie.co.uk with your Order Number and photographic evidence. After review, we will advise on the next steps, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Cancellations & Partial Refunds All our pastries are freshly prepared to order. This means we begin sourcing ingredients and start production shortly after your order is confirmed. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the preparation involved, order cancellations can only be accepted in limited circumstances:
- For bespoke/special orders, no cancellations or amendments can be accepted once the order is confirmed (i.e., deposit paid).
- For standard prepared to order pastry:
- Cancellation request sent at least 4 days before delivery: If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us at least 4 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. In this case, we will issue a refund of the total amount, minus a 5% processing fee.
- Cancellation request sent less Than 4 days before delivery: we are unable to offer refund or accept cancellations made less than 4 days before the delivery date, as preparations for your order will have already commenced.
